At Mi Casa Home we want to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping within the UK only.
Delivery Time:
Orders are processed and delivered within 10 working days. Larger items which need to be posted via a Specialised Courier may take a little longer. Please reach out to our Customer Services team via our email enquiries@micasahome.co.uk if you would like to check a delivery time before you purchase.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping on all orders of £50 or more.
- A flat shipping rate of £4.99 applies to orders under £50.
Important Notices:
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our Website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by any late delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales. We aim to keep you updated if there are any delays. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Should you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded once the goods have been returned to our distribution centre in line with our Returns Policy or classified as lost by the Carrier company.
We will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer’s failure to respond to the courier or collect the parcel from a depot when requested, the items will be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the product(s) only, minus the original delivery charges and any additional return fees charged by the courier.
Returns
UK Returns
We want you to love every piece as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. At Mi Casa Home we offer a 14 day refund period for a full refund excluding shipping for full price items.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind. This is because we have already paid the courier for the service provided.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days, the item must be unused, in its full original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at enquiries@micasahome.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We’ll respond as soon as possible with instructions on how and where to send your item(s) back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we do not provide free returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please ensure you send it back to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost. It is also advised you use a courier who will take good care of your goods, as if they arrive back damaged to our warehouse due to transit on return we cannot issue a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and custom made to order items.
Damaged Items
While we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes damage can occur during transit. Please inspect your order when you receive this and contact us within 48hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please notify us by email at enquiries@micasahome.co.uk within 48hrs of delivery. Kindly include the following information:
- Photos of the Packaging
- Photos of the damage on the product
- Your order number
All packaging must be retained for the return.
We will get back to you promptly with a solution. If you would prefer a replacement, we will arrange for one to be sent out to you. Alternatively, we can offer you a full refund.
